    Spondylolisthesis is a condition in which a vertebra of the lower spine slips out of place, pinching the nerves exiting the spinal column.

  • Kizhi

    A satchels made with contents recommended by the doctor is used to pound the whole body or sometimes only the affected region. The satchel contents can vary from powdered herbs, dry or non dry herbs, njavara rice boiled in medicated milk or sand. The kizhi provides dry heat for aggravated vata and vata kapha conditions. The heat generated in Kizhi helps to pacify the aggravated vata thus relieving the pain immediately.

  • Snehavasti

    Enema using Ayurvedic medicated oil and organic honey is used to treat lower backache, gout and rheumatism. It quickly relieves lower back pain caused by gastric conditions.

  • Kashayavasti
